Firehouse Chili

We always have Firehouse Chili. McElhaney family farms, located in Hookstown, PA raise cattle without the use of hormones or antibiotics in thier feed. These local cattle are used in a delicious chili made by a kitchen near the McElhaney's. This Chili is slightly spicy, as chili should be, but it's not too hot.

Cold Summer Soups

We make our own fresh Gazpacho, and have it available most every day in the summer. We also try our hand at other cold summer soups:

Fall/Winter Soups

In the cooler weather we have a different daily hot soup. Regular soups of the day are:
