Summer Salads

In the summer we have several salads made fresh daily, and available in our fridge.
  • Firehouse Caprese Salad
    • Organic baby Spinach, Cherub Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Red Onion & a Basil Balsamic vinaigrette
  • The Waldorf Chicken Salad
    • Mixed greens, Chunky Chicken Salad, slivered Almonds, Apple, dried Cranberries

Hummus

For those wishing a lighter vegetarian fare we also offer a hummus plate:

Garlic Hummus, with cut vegetables and crisp Pita Chips

Sandwiches

Wraps

In the summer, delicious wraps are available to be grabbed from the fridge. The following varieties are generally available:
  • Asian Veggie
    • A mix of shoestring veggies with an Asian Sesame dressing
  • Buffalo Chicken
    • Grilled Chicken breast & celery with our own Creamy Buffalo sauce
  • Ham & Eve
    • Black Forest Ham, Cheddar & thin Green Apple slices with a mustard/mayo & poppy seed spread.

In the cooler weather we anticipate that Panini's wil return.
